This award recognizes a CHBA NS member who has consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service. The recipient will have shown a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be an active member of CHBA NS and in good standing with the association.

• Must have provided residential construction services within Nova Scotia.

• Must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service in the residential construction industry.

A non-refundable fee of $100 must accompany each application.
