Description
This award is given to recognize excellence in performance by members who perform renovations and to inform the industry and public of these achievements. A Whole Home Renovation must involve a renovation of 50% or more of the house (interior and exterior).
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:
• Renovations must have been completed during the period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.
• Applicant must be considered a Renovator with CHBA NS.
• All applicants must be a member in good standing with CHBA NS.
Please ensure all parts of the application are complete. Award categories must receive at least 2 submissions to be considered an award. CHBA NS reserves the right to not present this award in any given year.
• A non-refundable fee of $100 must accompany each application.
