Description

This award is presented to a builder who is active in the association, community, and industry. They show leadership in bringing professionalism and technological advancement to the forefront of the industry. Consideration will be given to the outstanding customer service, skills, experience, and community involvement of the applicant.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:

• Please ensure all parts of the application are complete. Award categories must receive at least 2 submissions to be considered an award. CHBA NS reserves the right to not present this award in any given year.
• All applicants must be a member in good standing with CHBA NS.
• Homes must have been completed during the period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.
• A non-refundable fee of $100 must accompany each application.
• Applicant must submit in two other current award categories (Marketing and/or New Home Construction) to apply for Builder of the Year.
• Applicant must complete a minimum of two new home builds during the timeframe of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.
