Judging Process

The 2026 Kohltech Peak Awards are evaluated by a panel of industry experts who assess each submission based on innovation, quality, sustainability, and impact criteria. The judging process is impartial and thorough, ensuring that each entry is reviewed relatively and measured against the highest standards of excellence in residential construction. Virtual judging will begin on February 18, 2026.

AWARD JUDGING

At the 2026 Kohltech Peak Awards, we use independent judges to ensure that all nominees receive a fair and unbiased evaluation. Online judging will take place from February 18 to March 2, 2026.

To qualify as a judge, candidates must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Be actively involved in the housing industry
Not being nominated for an award
This process guarantees transparency and equal opportunity for all participants.
